Automatic Down Filling Machine GT modelm is a fully automatic machine using a touchless vacuum system. Simple control operations on the computer, data storage capability, time control, and data modification.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Relying on high-pressure air pressure system to suck down feathers, the system determines the amount of feathers sprayed out by time completely automatically, then adjusts the precise amount of feathers for automatic filling.
Feather filling machine speed: 1,500 - 2,000 products/hour
Feather requirements: 90/10, 80/20, 60/40 dry feathers.
Machine error: +-2% (tested in standard environment with 90 feathers)

PRESSURE REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum required supply pressure: 0.8m3/min or higher.
Air compressor power from 7.5kW and above (ensuring sufficient air supply)
Recommended pressure: 1.0Mpa, minimum pressure: 0.58Mpa.
