The automatic cotton stuffing machine C2040 has stuffing speed 2-3 times faster than manual stuffing, helping businesses increase productivity and reduce product costs.
The machine uses a vacuum foot system to ensure absolute accuracy in cotton stuffing.
MAIN FEATURES OF THE AUTOMATIC COTTON STUFFING MACHINE C2040 BRAND INNOVIC
Exclusive design stuffing door solves the problem in the stuffing process for fabrics that do not breathe or special soft fabrics.
Stuffing range per fabric section is 5 - 150.0g, can operate on both large and small fabric sections.
Simple computer control operation, can store data, control time, and adjust figures.
Each machine has 2 stuffing doors, one operator can operate, can be combined with 2 to 3 assembly lines.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Based on a high-pressure air suction system to stuff cotton, the machine calculates the amount of cotton to be stuffed automatically by time, then adjusts the accurate amount of cotton and proceeds with automatic stuffing.

Air storage tank volume from 1m3 and above, helps maintain stable pressure level, prolonging the life of the air compressor.
