Electronic button sewing machine

The GT-1900 electronic button attaching machine features a gear part designed to be smooth, operate quietly, noise-proof, with superior lower thread holding system, effectively solving the issue of thread skipping.

The machine uses a fast and precise working step motor in the X and Y axis, and a small fixed AC Servo motor at the machine head, automatically clamping the button when starting to sew, ensuring the button stays in place even when running at a speed of 2700 rpm, significantly improving product quality.

LED light provides standard working area illumination.
The machine is pre-programmed with up to 50 standard sewing patterns, can be modified and stored on the control panel (up to 200 patterns). Direct and quick access to 5 favorite patterns.

Button diameter 8-20 mm, maximum sewing speed 2,700 spm, thread trimmer, lift foot up to 13 mm.
