Bealead DX-4405F Feather Filling Machine is an automatic 4-head 16-nozzle feather and down filling machine, using a touchless vacuum weighing system. The machine has 4 feather outlets, each with 4 vacuum weighing systems that are automatically circulated.

The filling range per fabric compartment is 0.1-15.0g, suitable for both large and small fabric compartments.

Simple computer control operation, data storage, time control, and data modification are possible.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Based on a high-pressure air pressure system to suck feathers, the machine automatically determines the amount of feathers sprayed out by time, then adjusts the accurate amount of feathers to proceed with automatic filling.
