The SCR-4P-16G automatic down feather filling machine is a fully automatic machine using a touchless vacuum weighing system. The machine has 4 down filling doors, each door equipped with 4 vacuum weighing systems for automatic circulation.

The down filling range per fabric compartment is 0.1-15.0g, suitable for operation on large or small fabric compartments.

The machine is controlled through a simple computer interface, capable of data storage, time control, and data adjustment.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The machine relies on a high-pressure air system to suction down feathers, determines the quantity of feathers sprayed through automatic time measurement, then adjusts the precise quantity of down feathers for automatic filling.

Air tank volume of 0.6m3 or above, stabilizing pressure levels and extending the air compressor's lifespan.

Temperature: According to GTB 14272-2011 standard requirements, suitable temperature during filling process is around 20 degrees (+-2).

Humidity: According to GTB 14272-2011 standard requirements, suitable humidity during filling process is around 65 degrees (+-4)
