Automatic Down Feather Filling Machine SCR-2P-8G is a fully automatic machine using a touchless vacuum system. The machine has 2 feather outlets, each with 3 touchless vacuum systems for automatic circulation.

Each fabric compartment can be filled with 0.1-15.0g of down, suitable for both large and small fabric compartments.

 Simple control operations on the computer, data storage capability, time control, and data modification.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

 Relying on high-pressure air pressure system to suck down feathers, the system determines the amount of feathers sprayed out by time completely automatically, then adjusts the precise amount of feathers for automatic filling.
